Play is Serious Business for Infants and Toddlers
This training is offered for child care providers in the Denver community. As part of the Denver Preschool Program they are free for you and are meant to help you stay current in all that is happening in the field of early learning.

Description: This research-based presentation stresses the critical role of play in children’s development. You will learn the importance of play to develop the foundational skills all children need to succeed in school. Discover how young children learn best, how you can support this development and have fun learning new practices with traditional activities and new technologies. Dive in to how you can support and promote play for infants and toddlers in your classroom!

Clock hours aligned with the Early Childhood Workforce Competencies will be available for all trainings unless otherwise noted. Attendees will receive a certificate at the end of each training as documentation for these clock hours.
