Science IS for Babies and Toddlers!
This training is offered for child care providers in the Denver community. As part of the Denver Preschool Program they are free for you and are meant to help you stay current in all that is happening in the field of early learning.
Registration is available online at ecconnect.ecclacolorado.org. The deadline to register is one week prior to the scheduled training date.
Description: How can babies learn science? This training supports teachers of infants and toddlers in the design of an environment which supports curiosity and exploration. The training draws from what the research and current thinking say about the very young child’s brain development, how he understands, explores, and constructs his world. Teachers will practice and develop exploration strategies which nurture early science experiences for infants and toddlers.
