Only submit a tuition credit application if your 4-year-old has been accepted to a Denver Preschool Program (DPP) participating preschool program outside of Denver Public Schools (DPS). Denver families who enroll their 4-year-old in a DPS preschool program must sign up for DPP tuition support through the SchoolChoice Application. Undecided? Find a preschool
Description: Join us for an evening where we celebrate you! The most important factor in a young child's development is the care provided to the child's caregivers. This may feel counter-intuitive - caregivers take care of everyone else before themselves! For this evening, let us put you first. We will spend some time talking about the importance of self-care for the mind, body, and spirit and the positive impacts caregiver self-care has on child development. We will share many easy-to-implement ideas for self-care that can be incorporated into busy routines. We will practice stress-relief techniques and will send you home with treats to continue your self-care into your week. Many of the exercises we practice can also be shared with the children in your lives!
