Description: Teachers are more than just teachers - they are nurses, snugglers, social workers, crisis interventionists, shoulders to cry on, and so much more. Teachers are constantly giving to others, but rarely have the time to care for themselves in ways that feel truly rejuvenating and sustaining for the hard work they do. Join us for an evening where we focus on the importance of self-care for teachers, and how it is vital for the teacher's mind, body, and spirit. We will spend time practicing self-care strategies to take back to the classroom for real-world application.
