This training is offered for child care providers in the Denver community. As part of the Denver Preschool Program they are free for you are are meant to help you stay current in all that is happening in the field of early learning.

Description: Did you know time in nature is good for your health? Interested in bringing more nature and science into your preschool classroom? This training includes activities and a guide book developed with preschoolers in mind. Topics include exploring nature with five senses, meeting neighborhood trees, and experiencing trees through the seasons. This training will include make and take activities!

Clock hours aligned with the Early Childhood Workforce Competencies will be available for all trainings unless otherwise noted. Attendees will receive a certificate at the end of each training as documentation for these clock hours.
