In 1998 Catholic Charities took over the operation of Garfield Head Start at the request of DGKHS. In 2003 we took over the Head Start program operating out of the Denver Indian Center. The need is still great and Catholic Charities continues to provide Head Start services in the Westwood neighborhood.
