Adeeb Khan is a nationally recognized social impact leader with a career spanning the business, nonprofit, philanthropic, and public sectors. A first-generation high school and college graduate, Adeeb was raised in rural Wyoming by immigrant parents. His career has been defined by advancing equity, economic opportunity, education, and civic engagement.
Most recently, Adeeb served as Chief Brand & Impact Officer at Delta Dental of Colorado and as Executive Director of its foundation, one of the state’s largest corporate philanthropic organizations. Prior to that, he led corporate social responsibility at TIAA and held leadership roles at Mile High United Way and the American Red Cross of Colorado.
Adeeb’s influence extends into civic and policy work. He is the past chair of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation board and currently serves on several others, including Denver Civic Ventures, Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC), and the advisory board for the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He co-chairs the 5280 Trail executive steering committee and the Colorado Early Childhood Leadership Commission, to which he was appointed by Governor Jared Polis.
He holds an MBA with honors from the University of Denver, with a concentration in corporate responsibility, and a BA in Communications from USC.
Adeeb has been widely recognized for his leadership, including honors such as Denver Business Journal’s “40 Under 40,” Colorado Biz Magazine’s “Top 25 Under 40,” and Community Change-Maker of the Year by Colorado Youth for a Change.
