Denver Mayor Mike Johnston was featured on CNN as he shared more about the 全民儿童保育计划 he launched as part of his 城市状况 address on July 21, 2026. He mentions Denver Preschool Program’s model of preschool tuition support for all 4-year-olds in Denver as a model he hopes to implement for children who are ages 0-3.
