Throughout the year, Denver Preschool Program (DPP) thoughtfully participates in family events across Denver to share information about ways families can save on preschool costs. With community connectors and a dedicated bilingual preschool navigator, our Community Outreach helps families work through the application and preschool search processes.

Learn about DPP at a Denver Family Event Near You

We strive to meet families where they are–literally–at an array of community events throughout the year. From neighborhood gatherings to metro-wide festivals, DPP hosts booths and shares information about how Denver families can lower their preschool costs.

Head over to our Events page to check out our upcoming outreach events, including the Juneteenth Music Festival, Southwest Denver Coalition’s Back-to-School Giveaway and Resource Fair, Colorado Dragon Boat Festival and more. You can also read more about our partnership with Denver Pride (and a celebrity book book reading featuring Denver7 News Anchor Anusha Roy at the 2026 Denver PrideFest on June 28) as well as our long-standing relationships with Denver Public Library, Denver Indian Family Resource Center and Denver Art Museum.

Commitment to Connecting with All Denver Families

DPP believes every Denver family should benefit from preschool tuition assistance. As part of that mission, we take pride in spreading awareness about DPP tuition support throughout the Denver area. In 2025, we connected with more than 1.2 million people through 68 events. Our 12 community connectors speak 14 languages collectively, representing our commitment to support all Denver families.

Learn more about our approach to community engagement and commitment to fostering meaningful early childhood experiences in the executive summary of our 2025 Impact Report and in our full 2025 Impact Report. And we hope to see you at an event soon!
