Matt Jordan joined DPP in May 2024. He brings 30 years of nonprofit and public sector management experience. His passion for this work ignited during a year of national service in the Mississippi Delta region as his first job after college. Throughout his career, Matt has successfully launched numerous large-scale initiatives and worked with talented colleagues to provide the leadership for organizations to thrive through periods of rapid growth and change. He earned an MPA from the University of Kansas and served on the board of directors for several nonprofits in the areas of community development, K-12 education and youth enrichment.
