Future Leaders Professional Learning Community (PLC)

Come to this group to talk through essential topics for new child care directors, such as understanding & preparing for the Colorado Shines Rating, the Professional Development Information System (PDIS), making a Quality Improvement Plan, career path planning for staff, & conflict resolution & leadership. This PLC is suitable for participants of past Future Leaders Cohorts as well as directors and administrators that are new to the Colorado Shines process.

Dates and Time: Tuesdays, September 11th—October 23rd, 2018 from 6:00pm—8:00pm  (SKIPS October 16th)

Location: TBD
